We want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming setup, which is why we offer a 49-day return period for all Secretlab products in their original condition. All returns must be disassembled and securely repacked in their original packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Contact our support team through the Returns Portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Review and Approval

  Our specialists will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your chair or desk and place all components back into the original box using the provided packing instructions.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the shipping label and drop the package at a designated carrier; your refund will be processed once our warehouse confirms the item's condition.
